World number three Daniil Medvedev will face world number one Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-final of Wimbledon 2023. Medvedev and Alcaraz have played against each other twice in the past, with each of them winning once. Medvedev defeated Alcaraz during the second round of Wimbledon 2021, while Alcaraz levelled their head-to-head record during the Indian Wells earlier this year.
